Maxwell Stevenson
I am a former COO of a Fortune 500 Finance company. I went to The Ohio State University where I played football and received my BS in Business Administration. After over 15 years at my previous company I decided to make a career change. I am passionate about being active and learning to make better food choices with the help of my lovely wife, Jessica.
Overall, I run the day to day operations of W.O.W. with the help of Jessica and Curtis. At the end of the day, making a difference in our community makes this major career change worth it.

OUR STORY
Jessica and I met while attending The Ohio State University, we were in the same general education science class. Being a D1 athlete I would constantly miss class to travel for games. I ended up asking the girl next to me, Jessica, for notes. Needless to say we clicked, started dating, and got married right after graduation. During my last semester at OSU, I started an internship at my last place of employment and spent the last 15 years working my way up.
Being a COO at the age of 30 was a goal I never knew I wanted, and the last 5 years at the Financial Company were great. However, the intense pressure of the job began to take a toll on my health. The position of COO required a lot of time and effort, resulting in shorter lunch breaks, and working long hours, where I would struggle to make time to have a meal, let alone a healthy one. I began to gain a decent amount of weight, becoming out of shape.
Jessica realized my struggle and started helping me with my nutrition, encouraging me to get back into being active. After realizing the limited time and the intense pressure of being a COO, we decided it was time for me to make a career change. With our shared passion of being active and eating healthy, we decided to open our own food truck. However, Jessica’s nutritional knowledge wasn’t enough, which is where Curtis came in.
Curtis Moore
I am a former Sous Chef at my family restaurant in Chicago, and have worked within the Food Service Industry my entire life. I went to The Ohio State University where I received my BS in Hospitality Management and was a D1 football player. Max and I shared a dorm freshman year and have been close ever since. After graduating from OSU, I attended to The Culinary Institute of America.
When Jess and Max came to me about starting a Food Truck I knew it was the right choice for my career, and made the move down to Cincinnati. I am now the Executive Chef and a Co-Founder for Wellness on Wheels (W.O.W.)
